Delivery timing:

  • All orders are process and ship within 3 working days upon verification of payment.

     

  • All teethers are handmade to order. From time to time, some delays may be encountered due to fluctuations in demand and restocking of materials. We will notify you immediately of any delays and provide an estimated timeframe for fulfilment.

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Please allow approx:

  • Standard shipping in NZ (3-5 working days)

  • International shipping (with tracking): 3-10 working days

  • During public holiday and peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday etc, post offices may require a longer processing time and a 5-10 day delay can be expected.
